Job summary

Health Dimensions Group is seeking an Executive Director (NHA) for a Care Community in Prospect Heights, IL. The ED will lead overall operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality care and profitability for the community.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years as an ED/Administrator in long-term care, with active NHA licensure or eligibility in Illinois. Responsibilities span budgeting, census management, compliance, HR and marketing in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care, Gerontology or related area is required.
• Minimum of two years as an Executive Director/Administrator in long-term care.
• Licensed or eligible to become an Administrator in the state of the residence.
• Proven ability to design and execute strategy to increase census and performance.
• Strong operational and financial management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct overall operation of the Care Community in line with resident needs and regulations.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, families and community partners.
• Ensure policies, procedures and systems meet HDG standards and quality care.
• Manage budgets, census, revenue development and expenses within plans.
• Present financial and operational reports to leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee HR, marketing, compliance, safety and risk management within the community.
• Collaborate with Regional Director of Operations and leadership teams.
• Maintain licensure, certifications and HIPAA compliance for the community.
