Job summary

Health Dimensions Group seeks an Executive Director to oversee Dimensions Living Fitchburg, a two-location senior living community. You will lead operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and drive financial performance while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will mentor the leadership team, develop census growth strategies, and collaborate with regional teams to elevate service quality and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Gerontology, or related field.
• CBRF administrator license, or ability to complete a 1-week course.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Director or Administrator in senior living or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of managed communities (20-bed total) ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, employees, and external stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the community leadership team.
