Health Dimensions Group seeks an Assistant Executive Director to support the Executive Director at Dimensions Living Kenosha, a 36-bed assisted living and memory care community in Kenosha, WI. This leadership role focuses on resident care quality and strong operational performance.

The candidate should have a nursing or healthcare administration background, at least two years in assisted living, and pursue WI Executive Director licensure, bringing a collaborative, service-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration required.
• Minimum of two years of experience within an Assisted Living setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support community operations to ensure exceptional resident care and performance.
• Provide leadership and administrative direction in the Executive Director’s absence.
• Oversee and mentor department leaders to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Support Quality Assurance initiatives and continuous improvement across the community.
• Develop and implement education, training, and professional development for staff.
• Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and census-related goals.
