Discovery Senior Living is seeking a hands-on Executive Director to lead a senior living community in Florida. You will drive occupancy, oversee budgets, and ensure exceptional care and regulatory compliance within a dynamic team environment.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and a commitment to resident satisfaction, with on-site management responsibilities and regular collaboration with regional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; background in business administration, hospitality, or health-related field is ideal.
• 3+ years managerial experience in senior living, health care, or hospitality environments.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach staff, and drive occupancy and sales performance.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate a resident-focused vision and uphold Discovery’s mission across all duties.
• Plan and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive move-ins and community revenue.
• Lead resident and family engagement efforts, ensuring timely feedback and high satisfaction.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, safety, and quality standards across the community.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting; monitor occupancy and revenue performance.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance feedback to department heads and staff.
