Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds and operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.
• Respond promptly to resident and management service requests.
• Oversee outside contractors and ensure safety and compliance.
• Train and develop maintenance and ancillary staff.
• Maintain records, inventory, and safety procedures.
