Shalom Gardens Senior Living and Parkside Senior Living in Richmond, Virginia, seeks an Executive Director to lead two senior living communities. You will balance resident care, regulatory compliance, occupancy growth, and financial performance while building a strong leadership team.

As a trusted executive, you’ll shape culture, drive operational excellence, mentor managers, and ensure exceptional resident experiences, safety, and survey readiness across both campuses.

Qualifikationen

• Virginia Assisted Living Administrator license or equivalent credential
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in Assisted Living or related healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of Virginia Assisted Living regulations and licensing requirements
• Experience managing facility operations, budgets, staffing, and employee performance
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Oversee daily operations across both communities ensuring care, safety, and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with Virginia Assisted Living regulations and licensing requirements
• Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop department managers and staff
• Develop and monitor operating budgets, control expenses, and improve efficiency
• Drive occupancy initiatives and referrals to grow census
• Build relationships with residents and families to address needs and expectations
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
• Collaborate with regional leadership and healthcare professionals to meet goals
