Job summary

Grace Management Inc. seeks an experienced Executive Director to oversee Windward Palms in Boynton Beach, FL. Lead daily operations, ensure policy adherence, and drive resident and family engagement with strong fiscal oversight.

You will supervise department leaders, coordinate budgets, and maintain regulatory compliance while promoting a positive, resident-centered culture across the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in senior living community management or comparable field.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the senior living community within policies and procedures.
• Supervise department supervisors and associates; ensure engagement and satisfaction of residents, families, and staff.
• Oversee financial transactions, budgeting, and adherence to guidelines.
• Coordinate admissions, move-ins/move-outs, and residency agreements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; maintain records and reporting.
• Lead recruitment, performance reviews, and payroll processes.
• Develop relationships with community agencies and the Grace Management Home Office.
