This role partners with the Executive Director to build the operation, oversee vendor and AP/Payroll/Billing systems, set up resident and employee files, and ensure compliance and smooth opening of the community, with a focus on delivering

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree in business, accounting or related discipline and 2+ years’ experience in bookkeeping or office management; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to rapidly adopt new applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and provide customer-focused service to older adults.

Aufgaben

• Recruitment and selection of associates and support to leadership in budgeting and operations.
• Maintain accounts receivable, billing operations and purchase orders; manage vendor files.
• Provide HR and accounting support to leadership, associates and residents.
• Set up and maintain resident and employee files; supervise concierge and security staff.
• Oversee AP/Payroll/Billing/Work Orders and assist in achieving annual operating budgets.
