Job summary

Integral Senior Living is a leading operator of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in California. This role leads maintenance, housekeeping and transportation operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance with policies and regulations.

You will supervise facilities teams, manage vendor contracts, plan preventive maintenance and support budgetary goals across California communities.

Qualifications

• Requires 4 years maintenance supervision experience.
• HVAC experience or training is required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and related repair work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the maintenance of buildings, grounds, security and mechanical assets of the Community.
• Executes housekeeping, laundry and transportation services per policy.
• Oversees total operation and maintenance of campus and high construction standards.
• Develops vendor relationships and negotiates maintenance contracts when appropriate.
• Inspects apartments prior to occupancy.
• May handle after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Implements a preventative maintenance program and work order system.
• Plans and leads housekeeping/laundry operations in line with laws.
• Reviews monthly financial statements and plans actions for deficiencies.
• Submits monthly expenses and budget data on time.
• Staffs and schedules team members per guidelines.
• Ensures vehicles are maintained and safe for transport.
