Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for Prestonwood Court in Plano, TX. You will lead financial, HR and operations across the community, ensuring a warm, secure atmosphere that fosters independence and activity for residents while maintaining profitability.

The role emphasizes team-focused leadership with a commitment to resident-first care and continuous improvement within a Great Place to Work culture.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of management experience in senior housing (AL/MC/LTC).
• Advanced computer and Microsoft Office skills to create reports and analyze operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations incl resident care, business office, sales, culinary, housekeeping, activities & maintenance.
• Oversee management of all staff including recruiting, training, discipline, and coaching.
• Build relationships with residents and families.
• Report to the Regional Director VP with assigned metrics.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to achieve 100% occupancy.
• Develop the budget and ensure departments operate within parameters.
• Hold regular meetings with staff, directors, residents and families.
• On-call 24 hours a day for emergencies; after-hours, weekends and holidays as needed.
