Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for Prestonwood Court in Plano. You will lead community operations, including resident care, business office, sales, culinary, and maintenance to ensure a warm, secure environment and profitable operation.

The role requires at least 3 years of senior housing management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to develop budgets and drive occupancy. On-call and after-hours work are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of management experience in senior housing is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with residents and families.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets and monitor department performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and departments within Prestonwood Court, including resident care, business office, sales, culinary, housekeeping, activities, and maintenance.
• Manage recruitment, training, discipline, and coaching of team members.
• Build relationships with residents and families; report to Regional Director/VP with metrics.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to achieve occupancy targets.
• Develop budgets and ensure departments operate within parameters.
• Be on-call 24/7 for emergencies and senior housing operations.
