Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Director for Prestonwood Court in Plano, TX. You will lead the resident services department, coordinate staffing, develop care plans, work with physicians, and communicate with families to provide the highest quality care for our seniors.

The role supports team leadership, regulatory compliance, and smooth resident transitions. Sagora emphasizes work-life balance and offers overnight clinical support from an On Call RN team, with opportunities

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN or LVN).
1+ years of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.
Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians and staff.
Strong written communication and computer skills.
Availability to work outside normal hours including evenings and weekends.
Must possess or be willing to acquire a valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of all caregivers to assure quality services.
Plan and delegate work assignments, ensuring effective scheduling.
Provide case management services to residents.
Facilitate and encourage family involvement with residents.
Assist in coordination of resident move-in/move-out for smooth transitions.
Investigate incidents, identify safety hazards, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and monitor resident service plans.
Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in surveys.
