Job summary

Larkspur at Shadow Creek in Pearland, Texas seeks a skilled Nursing Home Administrator to lead the IL/assisted living and memory care community. You will direct daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality resident care in line with policies.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, HR administration, regulatory compliance (AHCA), training, and handling resident services and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in managing an IL/assisted living and/or memory care community is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises the work of associates in providing for the care and needs of residents.
• Plans, organizes, and coordinates community HR operations including recruitment, orientation, and training.
• Manages the community budget and staffing to meet budgeted objectives.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with AHCA, HIPAA, and related policies and procedures.
• Oversees resident services and documentation to ensure timely completion and quality care.
