Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct overall operations of IL/assisted living and/or memory care community.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate HR operations including staffing and training.
• Manage staff schedules to meet budgeted FTEs and efficiency goals.
• Conduct associate performance evaluations and adherence to policy.
• Monitor expenditures to align with monthly budget targets.
• Direct recruitment, retention strategies, and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure resident services and documentation meet policy and AHCA regulations.
