Job summary

Homewood Living Plum Creek in Hanover, PA seeks an Associate Executive Director to oversee Environmental Services, Food Service, Community Services, Therapeutic Recreation, Wellness and Volunteer programs. Under the Executive Director, you will drive departmental performance, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, support marketing and nursing, and develop staff while protecting residents' rights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, health care or related field.
• Experience in finance, government regulations, policy, public relations, marketing, health law, and organizational management.
• Experience in senior living and/or long-term care preferred.
• Nursing home administrator licensure desirable and may be required over time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Environmental Services, Food Service, Community Services, Therapeutic Recreation, Wellness and Volunteer departments.
• Ensure departments achieve budget targets and fiscal controls.
• Support sales/marketing, nursing, and other department heads in service delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Assist Executive Director and Corporate Office with expansion planning and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate managers to ensure high-quality, efficient service delivery and community relations.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and secure staff and resident rights.
