Harmony Senior Services is seeking an Executive Director to oversee a senior living community in Pennsylvania. You will manage daily operations, marketing, finances, and regulatory compliance, while leading a team to ensure high-quality resident care and strong census growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Director. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with regulators, residents, and families to sustain excellent

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Director in a senior housing setting.
• Strong sales leadership and ability to grow census.
• Demonstrated financial management proficiency and budget oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operation and management of the community and its marketing, business, and financial functions.
• Lead hiring within budgetary guidelines and ensure compliance with laws.
• Develop and monitor the community budget; review monthly financials and prepare variance reports.
• Drive marketing plans and achieve NOI while maintaining high resident satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and incident reporting guidelines.
• Oversee resident move-ins, grievances, and satisfaction surveys; maintain good regulatory relations.
