Job summary

Fieldstone in Oregon seeks an Assistant Executive Director to provide executive leadership and supervision across community operations. You will help communicate the organization’s mission, outcomes, and staff development.

You will oversee budgets, contracts, and program implementation, while ensuring compliant operations and high resident satisfaction. A strong leader with supervisory experience and excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with certification of completing a recognized administrator training and 3 years paid experience providing direct care to vulnerable adults OR managing persons providing this type of care.
• Associate degree (or higher) in a related field and qualifying administrator training, or completes within six months, or 2 years direct care management experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• CPR and First Aid Certification as required by State regulations; background checks.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-up meetings and monthly All Staff meetings.
• Oversee resident programs, supervise staff, and manage budgets and contracts.
• Represent Fieldstone in community and professional meetings; mentor and train personnel.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies; monitor service quality.
