Dyer Nursing and Rehab in Dyer, IN is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department, oversee meal planning, food preparation, and presentation, and ensure the highest quality of service for residents.

You will manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, develop menus, monitor budgeting and inventory, and collaborate with the culinary team to meet residents' nutritional needs while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Dietary Manager or Supervisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent; nutrition degree preferred.
• Compassionate, customer-focused approach to resident care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of dietary regulations and standards (Medicare/Medicaid).

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily food service operations, including meal planning, food preparation, and presentation.
