Dyer Nursing & Rehab in Dyer, Indiana is seeking a skilled Dietary Manager to oversee the dietary department and ensure the highest quality food service for our residents and a compassionate dining experience.

You will lead the dietary team, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgeting and inventory, plan meals with nutrition in mind, and collaborate with the culinary team to tailor menus to residents' needs in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience as a Dietary Manager or Supervisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent; nutrition degree preferred.
• Compassionate and customer-focused approach to resident care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of dietary regulations and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily food service operations including meal planning, food preparation, and presentation.
• Manage a team of dietary staff with guidance and support for excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and standards such as Medicare/Medicaid.
• Develop and implement budgeting and inventory management strategies.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to meet residents' nutritional needs.
• Respond to resident dietary needs and preferences; adjust as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and reports including inventory, menu planning, budgeting.
