Osage Nation Health Center in Hominy, OK is seeking an Assisted Living Nurse Manager to plan, organize, direct, and evaluate nursing services across the community.

You will ensure quality care aligned with state regs, policies, and nursing standards while promoting resident dignity and independence.

The role requires an active RN license in Oklahoma, ACLS/PALS within 90 days, and strong leadership with EHR proficiency.

Formación

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• RN license in Oklahoma (unrestricted).
• ACLS and PALS certifications must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• 3+ years of nursing management experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of state survey processes and regulatory compliance.
• BLS certification required.
