The successful candidate will hold an Oklahoma LTC Administrator license, preferably a Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration or related field, with at least two years of leadership in long-term care.

Qualifications:

• Current Oklahoma LTC Administrator license (required)

• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
