Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current state license for LPN or RN is required at all times.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred but new graduates are welcome.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in common digital tools and applications, including Microsoft Office programs, web-based platforms, electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with nurse practice act and regulations.
• Review and revise assessments and care plans at admission and when conditions change.
• Administer and document medications per five rights and physician orders.
• Educate residents and families as prescribed; coordinate care with physicians and staff.
• Ensure effective communication across care teams and support safety initiatives.
