Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or equivalent; 2+ years’ experience, OR 4+ years in a similar role.
• CNA/CMT and CPR/BLS certifications preferred.
• Experience with EHR and standard office software essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor care staff; develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage.
• Oversee resident care with emphasis on safety, dignity, and independence.
• Support dementia care best practices and staff orientation.
• Collaborate with families, DON, and leadership for service quality.
• Assist with program development, calendars, and communication.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
