Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in assisted living, geriatric nursing, or dementia care.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Familiarity with electronic care systems preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement care services that promote resident well-being and dignity.
• Conduct resident assessments and ensure care plans are followed.
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate services.
• Lead, mentor, and develop care staff; oversee training and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Manage department budgets, records, and reporting.
