Apploi in Phoenix seeks a licensed nurse to provide compassionate, professional care in a senior living community. You will assess residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

This role emphasizes individualized care plans, safety, respectful communication with residents and families, and ongoing quality improvement. A current LPN/LVN/RN license and at least one year of nursing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state of Arizona (LPN/LVN/RN).
• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.
• Experience with older adults or in residential care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' health and respond to changes.
• Perform nursing assessments and contribute to care plans.
• Oversee medication administration within licensure scope.
• Deliver nursing treatments and direct resident care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and coordinate with care team.
• Support caregivers with guidance and training.
• Promote safe care practices and participate in QA activities.
