Job summary

Town Village Tulsa is seeking a Move In Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing team and manage the move-in process for new residents. You will ensure positive first and lasting impressions for prospects and families and maintain accurate lead and occupancy data.

Responsibilities include processing move-in paperwork, delivering exceptional customer service, and coordinating with the team to achieve occupancy goals while adhering to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of relevant sales and marketing experience, preferably in senior living.
• Proficient in computer usage including Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to meet or exceed budgeted occupancy and revenue.
• Assist in the completion of move-in paperwork for new residents.
• Ensure smooth transition for new residents into their new home with effective communication and customer service.
• Meet or exceed established KPI targets.
• Employ the ENGAGE Experience sales process for internal and external sales functions.
• Coordinate with the Sales Director to plan and execute strategic sales/marketing plans.
