Job summary

The Ranch Estates of Tucson is seeking a Move In Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing team and oversee the move-in process for new residents. You will ensure exceptional customer service, manage lead follow-up, and assist with paperwork, while working to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Ideal candidates have experience in senior living, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Windows, Office, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Senior Living is preferred (Independent Living is a plus).
• Proficient in Windows, Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM database systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to travel for meetings as requested.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales & Marketing Department and manage the move-in process for new residents.
• Close sales by responding promptly to prospects and guiding residents, families, and advisors with decisions.
• Coordinate with Sales Director and other leaders to execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of resident, associate, and community information.
