Job summary

Town Village Tulsa, operated by Grace Management Inc., seeks a Move In Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing team. You will manage lead flow, coordinate move-ins, and ensure exceptional customer service for residents and families while supporting budgeted occupancy goals.

The role requires at least two years in sales/marketing, proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, and a flexible schedule to meet residents’ needs. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Senior Living experience preferred (Independent Living a plus).
• Minimum of two years in sales and marketing with proven results.
• Proficient in Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• Support team to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Assist in completion of move-in paperwork for new residents.
• Ensure smooth transition for new residents through effective communication and excellent service.
• Close sales by guiding residents, families, and advisors and providing referrals.
