Responsibilities

• Handle move-in inquiries via phone and walk-ins and maintain lead status.
• Coordinate move-in paperwork and deposits with residents and families.
• Schedule resident assessments with the care teams as needed.
• Ensure housing and community spaces are prepared for move-ins and tours.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and records.
