Franklin Park Alamo Heights is seeking a Move‑In Coordinator to manage inquiries, coordinate the move-in process, and support residents and families through the transition. Reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing and serves as back-up to that role.

The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with MS Office and Yardi. Weekend availability may be required to accommodate move‑ins.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone and walk-in inquiries and back-up to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
• Coordinate the move-in process and complete paperwork with residents and families.
• Schedule resident assessments and inform departments of pending move-ins.
