Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living's Billings community is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator to oversee memory care services, hire and supervise care staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The position offers a 9:00 A.M.–5:00 P.M. schedule Sunday–Thursday, a $65,000 annual salary, and comprehensive benefits including health, 401k with match, HSA, and more. You will coordinate care plans, communicate with families, and ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing: interview, hire, train, supervise, and schedule caregivers and med techs.
• Coordinate orientation, ongoing training, and in-service meetings for memory care staff.
• Conduct training on dementia-related behaviors and interventions.
• Maintain negotiated service plans and activity schedules for residents.
