Job summary

MorningStar of Idaho Falls is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator to manage all facets of resident care within the Memory Care Community. You will hire, train, supervise, and schedule caregivers and med techs, monitor care needs, and collaborate with the Wellness Director and families to ensure high-quality dementia care.

Schedule is Monday–Friday ~9am–5pm with on-call; salary range is $50,000–$55,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years health-related experience including care for people with dementia.
• Experience supervising caregivers and med techs.
• Ability to develop care plans and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and schedule caregivers and med techs.
• Monitor resident care needs and alert Wellness Director.
• Maintain negotiated service plans and move-in assessments.
• Ensure infection control and safety policies are followed.
• Coordinate with families and community providers.
