MorningStar Senior Living is hiring a Memory Care Coordinator for our Billings community. The role oversees dementia care, staff scheduling, training, and collaboration with Wellness Director to manage resident needs.

Salary is $65,000 per year with a Sunday–Thursday schedule and health/dental/vision coverage. The Reflections Coordinator will hire and supervise caregivers, monitor care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate, person-centered care to residents with

Qualifications

• Demonstration of core values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Respect.
• License/Certification: Medication Administration training and current first aid.
• Education/Experience: Minimum of 2 years health-related experience including care for dementia or supervisory work with dementia.
• Job Knowledge: Knowledge of dementia care procedures and universal precautions; negotiate care plans.
• Other: Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents; effective English communication.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule caregivers and med techs.
• Monitor resident care needs; alert Wellness Director on condition changes.
• Maintain records of resident conditions and medications per policy.
• Coordinate training, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs.
