Job summary

Westminster Communities of Bradenton seeks an Assisted Living Director to oversee AL and Memory Support services in a premier Life Plan community along the Manatee River. Qualifications

• RN with at least five years progressively responsible experience as AL Director.
• Prior AL Director experience in a comparable sized community.
• Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred.
• CORE training required. CPR Certified.
• Must be able to speak, read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage interviewing, training, wage and salary administration, performance appraisal.
• Oversee department planning, cost control, and budget adherence.
• Assist assessments for new residents moving from Independent Living.
• Maintain the appearance and operations of the Assisted Living Department.
• Participate in Level of Care meetings.
• Manage residents' day-to-day needs and communicate with families.
• Oversee medication dispensing, inventory, and monthly audits (MORS).
