Primrose Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking an experienced leader in senior living to guide operations in Assisted Living and Memory Care environments. The role emphasizes resident-centered care, staff development, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality services.

The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in budgeting and performance management within healthcare or eldercare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare admin, nursing, human services, gerontology, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, healthcare, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia care, and person-centered care practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach employees, and drive operational excellence.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations and compliance requirements.
• Meets or has the ability to meet applicable state qualification requirements for Assisted Living Executive Directors-preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, expenses, and departmental performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with residents, families, team members, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn EHR and other healthcare software systems.
