Primrose Retirement Communities in the United States is seeking a Sales Director who is passionate about helping seniors and families find the right place to call home. This full-time, salaried role focuses on occupancy growth through relationship-driven sales and referrals.

You will guide families through decisions, conduct tours, coordinate follow-up, and collaborate with community teams and Home Office to ensure exceptional resident experiences and steady occupancy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Previous sales experience required; senior living experience preferred
• Passion for serving seniors and supporting families through important life transitions
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales and occupancy goals
• Ability to develop and maintain referral and community partnerships
• Experience using CRM systems and managing follow-up activities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with community teams and Home Office staff
• Flexibility to accommodate prospective residents, families, and community events

Responsabilidades

• Drive occupancy growth by building meaningful relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners
• Guide families through the decision-making process, conduct community tours, and coordinate follow-up activities
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the journey to Primrose
• Collaborate with community teams and Home Office staff to ensure seamless resident experiences
• Maintain active referral networks and community partnerships
