Primrose Retirement Communities is seeking a Director of Memory Care to lead the Memory Care Neighborhood, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. You will oversee resident care, life enrichment programming, staff development, family engagement, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes a welcoming, safe environment and collaboration with families, team members, and healthcare professionals to enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare administration, nursing, human services, gerontology, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in senior living, memory care, or related healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of Alzheimer's disease and dementia care, with person-centered approaches.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach employees, and drive operational excellence.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing budgets and departmental performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn EHR and healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Memory Care Neighborhood, including resident care, programming, staff development, and family engagement.
• Manage budgeting and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality care.

We're looking for a compassionate and service-driven Director of Memory Care who is passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia while leading a dedicated care team.

In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of the Memory Care Neighborhood, including resident care, life enrichment programming, staff development, family engagement, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. You'll play a key role in supporting residents' quality of life through person-centered care while fostering a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for residents, families, and team members.
