Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician (PM Shift) to provide compassionate resident care, assist with medication administration, and document accurately in a compliant, safe environment. Aims include supporting daily living activities and following all policies and state regulations, with teamwork and excellent communication emphasized.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and prior medication-related experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to follow written and spoken directions.
• Comfortable using technology to document medication passes and notes.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and care within policies and regulations.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of medication and care.
• Notify Supervisor of any medication issues and document reasons.
• Track medication changes and refills; liaise with the pharmacy about new orders.
