Belmont Village Senior Living in California is seeking a part-time/full-time Medication Technician to assist residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities with daily medications, monitoring responses, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records under a licensed nurse.

You will support licensed nurses with administrative tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, physically active role with a focus on hospitality.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Caregiver in a licensed community or facility.
• C.N.A. license in states where required.
• Current Medication Technician or Aide Certification in states where required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Intermediate computer and mobile device skills.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance essential for Belmont Village.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and provide ADL assistance per physician orders.
• Maintain accurate medical records and report reactions to the licensed nurse.
• Take resident vital signs and monitor responses or side effects.
• Attend shift meetings and update nursing staff on resident conditions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high quality care and customer satisfaction.
• Follow infection control, fire safety, and hazardous materials guidelines.
