Responsibilities

• Administer medications and assist with ADL care per physician orders and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate medical records and report reactions to licensed nurses.
• Take resident vital signs and monitor responses.
• Attend shift meetings and update nursing staff on conditions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high quality care and resident satisfaction.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines.
