Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in California. You will assist residents with their daily medications, monitor responses, and maintain electronic medical records under supervision of a licensed nurse.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Caregiver in a licensed community or facility.
• C.N.A. License in states where required.
• Current Medication Technician or Aide Certification where required.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Intermediate computer and mobile device skills.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Post-offer screenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and assist with personal care according to physician orders and guidelines.
• Document and report reactions or refusals to the licensed nurse.
• Take resident vital signs and monitor responses.
• Attend shift meetings and update nursing staff on patient conditions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality care and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
