Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring Medication Technicians at The Residence at Shelburne Bay. Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem with a wage band of $24.00 - $27.00 per hour based on experience.

Hiring caregivers to support residents with daily living activities, medication administration, and compassionate care. Position requires Med Aide/LMNA certification or state training, CPR/First Aid, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Requires current Med Aide or LMNA certification/license or completed required state training.
• CPR and First Aid training as mandated by State Regulation.

Responsibilities

• Dispense unit dose medications and record entries, notify nurse for self-administered meds.
• Order and receive medications per state regulation and policies.
• Assist residents with ADLs (toileting, dressing, bathing, eating, walking).
• Monitor resident needs and report changes to RN.
• Assist with clothing and laundry as per service plan.
• Provide assistance with meals, activities, and staying with residents as needed.
• Document services in the community computer tracking system.
