LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring Memory Care Caregivers at The Residence at Shelburne Bay for full-time day, evening, and overnight shifts. Prior memory care experience is required, with a wage band of $21.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a CNA course or equivalent training as required by state regulation.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living per service plan.
• Administer medications per state regulations and document entries.
• Engage residents in cognitive, social, and physical activities to support well-being.
• Monitor changes in health or needs and report promptly to the RN.
• Keep resident units clean and orderly and assist with laundry.
• Participate in trainings and mandatory education as required by state regulations.
• Input service data into the community computer tracking system.
