Job summary

LCB Senior Living is hiring a Medication Technician at The Residence at Stafford, NJ. You will be responsible for dispensing medications, assisting residents with daily living activities, and monitoring their needs.

Compensation is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience, with both full-time and part-time positions available. A sign-on bonus of $2,000 for full-time and $1,000 for part-time is offered.

Ideal candidates will have relevant certifications, prior experience in senior care, and a strong commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing direct care or equivalent training preferred.
• Experience in caring for seniors with Alzheimer's or dementia preferred.
• Current Med Aide/LMNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and make required record entries.
• Assist Residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in Resident needs and health.

Education

Course to administer medication as per State Regulation

CPR and First Aid training
