Job summary

The Residence at Shelburne Bay, operated by LCB Senior Living, LLC, is hiring full-time Resident Care Associates. The role delivers personal care and emotional support to seniors, following approved service plans, while promoting dignity and independence.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, with benefits starting on day one and opportunities for tuition reimbursement. The position emphasizes teamwork and resident-centered care in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Must have completed CNA course or equivalent per state regulation.
• CPR and First Aid training as mandated by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide for residents' needs including personal care, safety, and emotional support.
• Assist with medications according to state regulations and document accordingly.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and group/individual programming.
• Monitor changes in health status and report to RN promptly.
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, mobility.
• Document services and input data into the community system.
• Escort residents to meals and activities as needed.
• Participate in ongoing in-service training and mandatory education.
