Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring part-time Medication Technicians at The Residence at Chadds Ford. The role covers morning and evening shifts (7AM-3PM and 11PM-7PM).

Wage band is $21.00-$24.00 per hour, with benefits starting from day one for full-time associates and paid time off for part-time staff. The position involves dispensing medications, assisting residents with ADLs, and supporting activity programs under state regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrates basic computer literacy for documenting services.
• Experience with resident documentation and data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispense unit dose medications and document entries per policy.
• Assist Residents with ADLs and daily living activities.
• Monitor changes in resident health and notify RN as needed.
• Support activities and programming to engage residents.
• Maintain clean, safe unit and assist with emergencies when required.
• Participate in ongoing in-service training programs.
