Job summary

HAND Senior Living in Las Vegas seeks caring aides to support residents with daily living activities, ensure safe medication handling, and promote well-being. You will work with the Care Team to maintain quality of life for adults in our assisted living environment.

Applicants should have a HS diploma, CPR/First Aid, and a valid Medication Technician certification; CNA preferred. Training on site will be provided; reliable transportation is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years or older and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have current First Aid and/or CPR Training.
• Must possess valid Medication Technician certification, or have the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
• CNA certification preferred; dependable transportation and Sheriff’s Work Card required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Administer medications as prescribed, document MARs, and report health changes.
• Maintain infection control practices and safety procedures.
• Provide courteous, respectful communication with residents and families.
• Collaborate with Care Team to support resident wellness and activities.
