MBK Senior Living is seeking a devoted Medication Technician to provide compassionate resident care, including medication administration and daily living activities. The role requires documenting passes, maintaining records, and complying with all policies, procedures, and HIPAA guidelines.

A focus on safety, teamwork, and timely communications is essential in a fast-paced environment. The position requires 1+ year’s healthcare experience, High School Diploma or GED, CPR & First Aid

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior related work experience in a healthcare role is essential.
• Experience handling medications is preferred; on-the-job training available.
• Must complete required Background, health screening, and provide negative TB test results within 7 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily medications and care as assigned.
• Document and communicate resident changes and incidents to supervisors.
• Notify Supervisor if medication is not administered as directed and document reasons.
• Maintain confidential resident records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
