Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a Medication Technician to provide compassionate care, assist with medication passes, and support daily living activities for residents. You will document, administer, and monitor treatments in accordance with physicians’ orders and company policies.

The role requires strong English communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety and privacy regulations. Full-time daytime shifts and a supportive, growth-focused environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR & First Aid certification required.
• 1+ years in related healthcare role preferred.
• Medication administration experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and treatments.
• Document medication administration and resident changes.
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies in prescribed medications.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records per policy and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and urgent resident needs promptly.
