Job summary

LCB Senior Living, Mercer Hill at Doylestown, is hiring Part-Time Medication Technicians. Must have PA Med Tech certification to apply. Wage band: $20.50-$23.50 per hour, based on experience.

Associates work 24-29 hours per week and receive PTO, holiday pay, and tuition reimbursement. Responsibilities include dispensing unit dose medications, maintaining records, notifying nurses of self-administered meds, assisting residents with ADLs, monitoring health changes, and documenting services in the

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to use computer for documenting services provided.
• Demonstrates computer literacy and familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Dispense unit dose medications and record entries as required.
• Notify nurse concerning self-administered medications as per policy.
• Assist residents with ADLs including toileting, dressing, bathing, eating and walking.
• Monitor changes in resident needs and health status and report to RN.
• Input information into the community computer tracking system.
• Document scheduled and unscheduled services and incidents.
• Assist with escorting residents to meals and activities.
